Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join one of our top clients based in Fareham on a permanent basis. The company can offer hybrid and flexible working. This position would suit someone who is looking for an all-rounded role and an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience within a reputable company.
The Role:
- Overall responsibility for invoice processing and supplier payments
- Reconciling supplier accounts on a regular basis
- Processing expenses and payment runs
- Handling accounts queries
- Working closely with the Finance Manager
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working in a similar role
- AAT Level 2 qualified
- Able to prioritise own workload
- Excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and Pivots
