We have an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator with exceptional Excel skills to work with our client based in the Beaconfield New Town. This role is a full time position for a Maternity Leave Contract upto 12 months. The client is a successful vehile leasing comapany working predominatly B2B clientelle.
Your duties are but not limited to:
- Invoicing queries.
- Processing invoices on the internal system
- Liaising with sales staff and ensuring their paperwork is correct
- Inputting stock and data entry details on the companies ordering platform
- Organising and booking delivery dates for customers
