An exciting opportunity has arisen to join and expanding team within a growing company. This role will support our busy customer experience by providing accurate, diligent work through several channels. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise work. They should be proficient at working independently and as part of a wider team. Previous experience in a similar fast past role is essential.

Duties

  • First point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Maintaining/amending customer data.
  • Placing customer orders
  • Maintaining strong communication links with customers and colleagues
  • General support to the business as required
  • Dealing with complaints

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate they have the following:

  • Familiar with MS office suites including Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Diplomatic problem solver
  • Calm under pressure
  • Methodical approach
