Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to join a well-funded Series A stage start-up that operates a technology and AI-driven platform that creates new cutting-edge solutions to optimize any P&C claim.

As an Account Executive, you will be key to reaching their growth potential for years to come. You will be an integral part of their approach to client service, working closely with their claims, operations, analytics, and technology teams to drive positive customer engagement and identify opportunities to win business.

For this role, we are specifically seeking an Account Executive with experience within the UK general insurance market, with a strong preference for relevant claims knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Acting as the primary UK Account Executive.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new customers working closely with claims and analytics teams
  • Establish and prepare Monthly and Quarterly Customer stewardship meetings where appropriate.
  • Drive strong Customer NPS scores through effective relationship management.
  • Utilize existing UK network to develop new business opportunities
  • Help prepare new business RFP's/RFI's
  • Communicate ideas and specifications through detailed, precise writing.
  • Enjoy and have fun being creative and thinking outside of the box.

What you will need:

  • Strong experience in the UK insurance industry ideally within an Account Executive function or UK claims team
  • Ideally Degree and/or ACII qualification.
  • The ability to work in a small team with big growth ambitions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for claims or insurance
