About Our Client:

Our client is a technology-led trade printer based in Dundee and is a part of the largest print manufacturer globally. About The Job:

We are seeking an experienced Printer to work on our client's eight-colour press in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. As a Printer, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's business forward. This position is suitable for experienced printers, as well as experienced minders or newly qualified apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate presses or similar equipment
Ensure colour and quality control, adhering to ISO requirements
Perform maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment and work area
Maintain a quality-conscious approach to all work
Willingness to learn and expand printing knowledge
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Work independently while effectively communicating with the team
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Requirements:

Previous experience setting and running Heidelberg or similar presses
Strong understanding of colour and quality control with ISO requirements
Demonstrated ability to maintain equipment and work area
Quality-conscious approach to all work undertakings
Eagerness to learn and expand printing knowledge
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
