We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's Diamond & Jeweler division in Hatton Garden. This role is integral to ensuring the timely shipment and receipt of goods, providing quotes and invoices, and generating leads to meet both Company and customer requirements on a local and international scale.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a small, close-knit team to manage customer inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Ensure all communications with customers are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings as required, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Must pass a comprehensive vetting process including employment history checks, criminal record check, credit check, and a medical check.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
