HSE Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for occupational health and industrial hygiene
- Overall responsibility for workplace and product health and safety
- Investigation of health and safety related accidents / incidents and reporting the findings
- Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policies
- Conduct and record regular Service Department site inspections to ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented
- Keep records of all SHE audit and inspection findings and produce reports suggested improvements
HSE Manager - Key Skills
- NEBOSH qualified
- Hold a HNC or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience of implementing, monitoring, reviewing and auditing safety processes
- Knowledge/experience of ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001
- Experience in formulating polices and risk assessments
