Position Title: Temporary Social Worker (Adults Locality Team)
Location: Bridgend
Hourly Rate: £35 per hour
Duration: 6 months
About the Role:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate social worker looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity? Bridgend's Adults Locality Team is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their team. This role involves providing high-quality support and services to adults within the community, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is promoted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult's social, emotional, and environmental needs.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate and monitor services to ensure effective and timely support.
- Provide advocacy and support to clients, helping them navigate social and health care systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and professional development activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- SCW Registration
-2 year post qualifying experience within UK
-Eligibility to work in the UK
