Futures is supporting this TEAM agency on this vacancy Personnel Selection is pleased to be working with this fantastic local business, which is currently looking to recruit a full-time AutoCAD Designer to work within their Marketing department.
The hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm, though there is some flexibility on the start/finish times. This role will be office-based and there is free parking onsite.

Working within a dynamic design team, the AutoCAD individual will be responsible for working on live projects with customers to design components, schemes and special items for orders. This includes drawing up general arrangements on AutoCAD and producing technical drawings for manufacture, as well as project coordination and liaising with other departments.
The key AutoCAD requirements are:
- High competence and experience in AutoCAD – both 2D and 3D – this is essential.
- Understanding of technical drawings, general arrangement, first angle projection and competency with manufacturing drawings.
- Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings.
- Ability to communicate by phone and email with customers, suppliers and external sales staff.
- Previous experience within the furniture industry is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with Adobe CC is preferred but not essential
