Location: Remote / Hybrid Working

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30pm (37.5 Hours Per Week)
Type: Permanent

We are recruiting for a Billings Administrator for a large organisation who are currently going through a period of growth. We are looking for an experienced and competent Administrator to join the team on a Permanent Contract.

Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, as the Billings Administrator you will work closely with the Credit team to maximise cash collection, minimising credits and improving the billings process across the wider business.

Duties:

  • Preparing and sending Client invoices
  • Ensure customers receive the correct bills in a timely manner, in full
  • Accurate invoicing
  • Creating and managing client accounts
  • Reconciling account discrepancies
  • Providing accurate and detailed reports
  • Managing and overseeing rate cards
  • Managing shared mailboxes whilst keeping response times down

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a Billing Administration role would be advantageous but not essential

  • Experience using MS Excel with the ability to create pivot tables and Lookups is essential
  • Process driven
  • Solid administration skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
