About the Role:

Are you an experienced BEMS (Building Energy Management System) System Sales Specialist? I am looking for candidates for the Midlands team for a client who are a friendly, progressive company that is expanding its BEMS projects and energy offerings. They are seeking a keen and proactive sales lead to help us grow and establish a first-class reputation throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth and Expansion: Help the company grow its BEMS projects and energy offerings in the Midlands.
  • Reputation Building: Further establish my client's first-class reputation throughout the region.
  • Sales Generation: Generate new BEMS project sales and energy optimisation project sales to high-profile commercial facilities in both the private and public sectors.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) contractors, and FM (Facilities Management) companies across various market sectors, including commercial, educational, retail, health, and government.
  • Proposal Pitching: Pitch proposals to clients effectively, showcasing the value and benefits of Kendra's solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in BEMS system sales, with a track record of generating and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of BEMS and energy optimisation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to pitch and present proposals to a diverse range of clients.
  • Familiarity with the commercial, educational, retail, health, and government market sectors.
