The present HR Ops Manager will soon be heavily engaged in a Workday integration project. As a result, a rare opportunity has arisen to join this excellent HR team in the HR Ops capacity in order for BAU to run smoothly.
The successful candidate will provide people management support across a full
range of HR activities, with operational functions including payroll, benefits, internal HR platforms and key employment processes
The Role
Will include but not limited to:
- UK Payroll reconciliation and sign off,
- Overseas payroll instructions,
- Benefit management including annual contract renewals and business support for the schemes,
- Annual PAYE tax submissions,
- SMCR - work with Compliance to certify applicable staff as Fit & Proper,
- Monthly business line reporting,
- GDPR annual retention schedule review, and monthly leaver deletion process,
- Annual HR budget (for operational & recruitment costs),
- Immigration and relocation processes,
- Acting as the 1st approver for invoices attributed to the HR cost centre.
- HR portal management:
- Management of the HR Administrator
- Assisting in the management of annual processes and projects
The Candidate
- Approximately 4 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within PE, Hedge Funds, Investment Management or Asset Management.
- Workday experience is a huge advantage.
- Excellent Software skills including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook,
- Very organised and methodical in your approach to work; able to prioritise,
- Helpful and approachable,
- Numerate and analytical,
- Intellectually agile and highly articulate
This role is 4 days a week in the office, one working from home.
