LEV Test Engineer
My client are specialists in providing Occupational Hygiene and workplace monitoring consulting services and deliver an innovative and cost-effective range of professional monitoring, testing and inspection services throughout the UK and Europe. My client aid business in complying with statutory health, safety, and environmental requirements in addition to minimising risks of accidents or illness at work and promote a health work environment for employees.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as an LEV engineer
- Accurate and up to date industry knowledge and a CSCS Card
- BOHS P601 qualification is an essential requirement in addition to both BOHS P602 and BOHS P604 being desirable
- Coherent understanding of occupational hygiene, workplace hazards and control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full driving licence
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct Air Quality monitoring in support of LEV assessments
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing LEV systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Diagnosing and rectifying LEV faults
- Undertake testing and sampling onsite in accordance with BOHS P601
