Do you have experience of selling professional services and leading a team?
Do you have experience managing multiple sales projects?
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is need of a new challenge.
You will be leading a team of 12 people (NOT call centre) and will also be responsible for all forecasting, reporting and creating of new sales strategies. This role is offered with a hybrid working pattern and offers exceptional bonus.
Duties
- Leading a small team
- Setting objectives and equipping them with the knowledge to deliver- instilling a Hunter attitude in the environment
- Managing recruitment and training programmes
- Driving sales growth and lead development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Encouraging and attending face to face meetings
- Analysing market trends to discover new opportunities for sales growth
- Provide effective reporting and analytics
- Role requirements
- 5 years+ leading a team and selling
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Used to fluid sales environments
- Proven ability in social media, digital and data analysis
