The Company

This company is a specialist insurance provider offering bespoke products and services to insurers, brokers, and MGA's nationwide. They manage affinity schemes via full cycle quote and buy web services online and wholesale products nationally. They are looking for a Broker Liaison Co-Ordinator to join their team.

The Role

This role is responsible for supporting the business by liaising with insurance brokers, third-party companies, and direct clients. The Broker Liaison Co-Ordinator will liaise between this company and the insurance brokers holding agencies to sell insurance ancillary products. The priority is to assist the business to develop and maintain strong relationships with its customers, providing regular management and customer information reporting, in respect of performance, and to identify new business opportunities to sell additional products. The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly liaison with all brokers, maintaining the broker database, generating activity and up-selling products claims services, continually reviewing each broker's process and encouraging electronic submissions, providing quotations and issue policy documentation, inputting sale data, ensuring monies are recovered in a timely manner, requesting invoices, bordereaux production as required, input into the content for marketing campaigns and websites, responding to day-to-day queries over the phone and by email, managing internal product sales, excess waiver, gap, breakdown, Velosure sales calls overflow, and attending offsite broker/product meetings as required.   • Ability to multitask projects/deadlines
  • Confident interacting at all levels
  • Intermediate - Advanced MS Word and Excel
