Customer Service Advisor

Working as part of a busy customer service team, you'll be provided with all the training you need to "jump on" the phones, and resolve queries and enquiries for customers and clients alike.

You'll need to be a confident communicator, keen to help resolve problems through positive customer service and able to multi-task especially during busy periods.

The Role:

  • Each call will require you to take down details of the specific situation, updating the system accordingly
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Transferring calls through to the wider business

Finer Details:

  • £24,000 per annum - increasing to £26,000 depending upon individual performance.
  • 33 days holiday
