Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and social media. Your goal will be to assist customers with product questions, order issues, and delivery queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, telephone, and social media.
- Handle objections and complaints professionally and respectfully.
- Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer order issues.
- Process compensation, credits, and negotiate discounts in line with company guidelines.
- Take payments in compliance with PCI standards.
- Use SHOPIFY to navigate the online store, doing things like creating and removing products and giving customers product information.
Personal Requirements:
- Basic IT skills required (full training will be provided on internal systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- A can-do attitude and a strong team player.
- An interest in fashion or a background in clothing retail is desirable.
- Previous experience with Shopify is desirable.
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
