Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Housing Compliance Manager to work within Bristol.

As the largest residential landlord in the city, the Housing and Landlord Services Team has a key role in ensuring our existing and new homes are safe, secure, affordable and sustainable.

What will I be doing?

  • We are looking for a Housing Compliance Manager to deliver our compliance and business report requirements. This role will encompass a broad range of activities, from collaboration with our internal delivery teams undertaking the testing and inspections to owning the regulatory reporting for the relevant compliance measures. The regulatory changes in this sector will allow someone to take on this role and shape it in a manner that reflects their experience and capabilities.
  • You will be part of the Asset Strategy Team, whose responsibilities range from establishing the 30-year housing investment plan worth billions to identifying the properties to receive new kitchens and bathrooms in the next 12 months. Do I have what you are looking for?

1. Significant experience in monthly or annual corporate performance reporting.

2. Ability to work in accordance with a quality management system and implement improvements to the system.

3. Ability to lead, motivate and develop technical staff, collaborating and providing technical advice and supporting staff development.

4. Ability to use and apply project management methodology - accurately and effectively in the delivery of work packages.

5. Significant experience of working in a compliance, analysis, or information related role, with a clear understanding of consumer standards and the housing compliance "big six" (Desirable).

Rate: £350 per day.

Hours: 37 hours per week.

Working arrangements: Hybrid, 1 - 2 days per week onsite.
