Myn is recruiting for a valued long-term client in the South East. We are looking for compassionate Care and Support Workers to provide dedicated care for individuals with physical disabilities, mental health needs, or illness. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of personal and physical care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and maintaining hygiene.
- Ensure privacy and dignity for all clients.
- Prepare and serve meals in line with each client's dietary needs, adhering to health and hygiene procedures.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and engaging in social, recreational, and community activities such as craftwork, using public transport, and shop work.
- Act as a key worker for several clients, providing dedicated, personalised care and monitoring daily progress.
- Keep detailed records of clients' activities, medication, diet, and interactions with carers.
- Report any concerns or changes to senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, and other relevant policies.
Essential Experience:
- Experience in caring for older people, adults with learning disabilities, or ill adults in a working, voluntary, or family setting.
- A positive, supportive attitude and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
