Hays are representing a manufacturing company in Craigavon to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive/Graphic Designer.

Your new role
As Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Maintain and optimise the company website using Google Analytics and SEO.
  • Manage website content and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Create engaging, high-quality content across all channels, including video.
  • Stay updated on SEO and digital marketing trends/best practices.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing and PR campaigns across various channels, reporting on performance.
  • Drive lead generation through organic and paid media.
  • Continuously improve customer experience.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital customer journeys.
  • Source and create image/video libraries and case studies for web and social use.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop online and print materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters, posters).
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Services, and Technical departments.
  • Support Sales teams with relevant activities/materials.
  • Assist Marketing colleagues with projects like exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Provide regular digital performance reports using analytic tools.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
  • 5+ years as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • 3-5 years in Graphic Design, including skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; ideally After Effects.
  • Strong portfolio in digital, print, and animation.
  • Experience in creative content writing for web and print.
  • Excellent organizational skills; adaptable and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about marketing with a clear vision for campaign success.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Focused on B2B customer/market with initiative.
  • Ability to promote technical products.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high standards.
  • Creative thinking and flair.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in website design and WordPress.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with B2B social media, Google AdWords, and email campaigns.
  • Familiar with email marketing software and CRM platforms.
  • Strong team player with cross-departmental collaboration skills.
