Position: Early Careers Teacher (ECT)
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
Salary: £100 - £150 Per Day

Are you an ECT who has just completed the intensive teacher training and acquired your QTS? Are you searching for your first teaching job? 12.5% of ECTs reportedly leave education within the first year of teaching, and this number rises to 23% by the third year. We believe that this is because people rush into a position before they are 100% sure that it is the right environment for them. The role of a teacher is incredibly challenging, so there is no need to add extra pressure by working in an environment that doesn't make you happy and welcome. Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) program.
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
- You must have legal right to work in the UK
