Urgetly seeking a Desktop Support Engineer
Initial 6 Month contract. This role will be based in Birmingham, with 5 days a week onsite required.
The ideal candidate will based in the West Midlands due to the onsite requirement.
This is not a senior position!
Must be from a Banking OR Financial Services Background
You will be moving between 3 office locations helping the business with IT desktop issues, keyboards, printers, and for any deeper technical issues you will raise a ticket to the 2/3rd line support team.
Main skills:
- Outlook.
- Exchange
- Windows 10
- Office 365.
- laptops VDI issues
- Cloud is not needed but is good to have
