I'm currently working with a hugely established Marketing Digital & Design Agency who are based in Reading, have been going for over 25 years and are looking for a
Head of Development
to join their expanding team!

The Role
- Reading – 3 times a week in the office.
- Head of Development role is a split between hands on coding & hands off leading.
- You would be leading a small team of 4 with 2 based in South Africa.
- Required to not just lead from a technical standpoint but performance manage.
- Work very closely with clients and stakeholders but lead the technical direction across the business.
Tech Requirements
- £60,000-£70,000.
- Have previous experience leading or mentoring a small team.
- Tech Skills: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, React, Vue, MySQL.
- Stakeholder & client management skills.
- Fully confident with the SDLC.
- Help lead the technical vision and direction across the company.
