This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that works with some of the biggest entertainment brands globally.
You will be working on the customer service helpdesk, providing comprehensive support to customers and internal teams across various platforms.
Only candidates with proven experience using Shopify as a customer support platform will be considered for this role.
DAY TO DAY:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Deliver ticket resolution in line with stated SLAs.
- Accurately record all work.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in a customer care role supporting eCommerce platforms and digital products.
- You must have Shopify experience for this role and be proficient in customer support software such as Zendesk.
- Someone who can manage multiple incoming and outgoing communications.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
