The Opportunity: Head of Change Management - PMO

  • You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for best-in-class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote our client.
  • You will be a recognized expert in PMO and Project Controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g., clients, contractors, consultancies, and other stakeholders).
  • Reporting and accountable to the PMO & Delivery Commercial Lead.
  • Working with the PMO Commercial function and the i-PMO Project Controls Director.
  • Interface with all functions to update the control budget and provide cost advice.
  • External interface will be required with several stakeholders including the Client and Delivery Partners.
  • Ideally will have contributed to the development of specialist processes or procedures or drafting of industry-relevant articles or publications for their specialist field.
  • Maintaining the Control Budget.
  • Developing Control Budget Tools.
  • EAC reporting, trend analysis from Affordable Budget.
  • Costing change from Handover 1 design to Handover 2 design and recording movement from Affordable Budget.
  • Ensuring the latest design information is available to Site Performance Reporting Teams and Planning.
  • Supporting i-PMO (MEH program wide) Project Controls.
  • Interface with Client governance.

You'll need to have:

  • Degree Qualification (or Equivalent)
  • Can achieve Security Clearance (BPSS or Higher)

You'll also have:

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
