We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our clients based in Southampton on a temp to perm basis. The role will be office based and there is free parking onsite.
Day to day duties;
- Answering phone calls, emails and letters from customers, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and conferences.
- Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, presentations and databases related to the aerospace projects and operations.
- Ordering and managing office supplies, equipment and inventory.
- Coordinating office activities and events, such as training, workshops, seminars and social gatherings
- Assisting with budgeting, invoicing, payroll and accounting processes
- Liaising with other departments and external agencies, such as human resources, finance, legal, security and regulatory bodies
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, standards and regulations
Skills and abilities:
- Experience in an Administration or Office Support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing work demands and environments.
