An owner-managed Insurance Brokerage based in Central London is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified Group Management Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week in the office. This role reports to the CEO and CFO and will be joining the company at an exciting period of growth:
Duties of the Group Management Accountant Role:
- Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documents for the group and subsidiaries.
- Measuring the company's financial performance based on financial records, income and forecast income.
- Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management
- Supervising junior members of the internal accounting team
- Assisting in CASS 5 audits of departments within the organisation.
Requirements of the Group Management Accountant Role:
- Must have previous experience working within an Insurance Brokerage firm
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA part qualified
- Able to solve allocation and reconciliation challenges
- Liaise with stakeholders of the business to ensure a swift resolution to any queries
- High competency in spoken and written business English language
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel, PowerBI, Word and Outlook
