We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Negotiator or Valuer to join the number 1 estate agency office in Ipswich. In this role you will play a pivotal position in driving new business, building and harnessing strong client relationships whilst contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator/Valuer
- Manage and develop a portfolio of Lettings properties
- Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice to clients
- Generate and convert Lettings leads through various channels
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the process
- Handle viewings and provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve and exceed targets consistently
Skills and Experience for the Lettings Negotiator/Valuer
- Proven track record in residential Lettings with at least 1 years' experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the Ipswich area or surroundings.
- Full UK driving license
- Familiarity with property software and CRM systems
