Employer - Norwich University of the Arts

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed, forward-looking People Team with scope for you to grow your skills and professional expertise. We are a specialist arts university with a stimulating workplace and ambitious plans. We celebrate diversity and want you to bring your whole self to work each day in an environment that recognises your unique contribution.

We are seeking an exceptional HR Partner to join our growing team and support the implementation of our People Strategy. If you have the ambition, enthusiasm and determination to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you.

You will be passionate about supporting organisational change and will lead on policy development and implementation.

You will play a key role in delivering our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and work closely with the Associate Director - Organisation Development, to deliver our organisational change and development agenda.

You will explore new legislative developments, trends and emerging industry best practice and build strong relationships with university colleagues to champion our position as a leading creative arts education employer in the UK.

You will have strong generalist HR experience in a complex organisation, including employee relations and policy development, ideally with experience of delivering change, performance management and organisational development. With a strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application, you will be confident in using your professional judgement to advise on business matters and their people impacts.

We recognise that candidates may sometimes not meet all of our requirements. If you like what you've seen so far, we would still like to hear from you.
