We are now looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants.
Location: Staines, Surrey
Position: Care Assistant
Hourly Rate: £12 an hour
Contracted Hours: 36 hours per week / alternate weekends
Shift times: Days 7.30am to 7.30pm / Nights 7.30pm to 7.30am
Your Role: As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our residents' care, ensuring they live their lives with dignity, respect, and comfort. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting residents with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Helping with meal times, including serving food and assisting with feeding if necessary.
- Offering companionship and building trusting relationships with residents.
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health and well-being to senior staff.
- Supporting residents with their daily routines and activities.
