They are seeking a reliable Finance Administrator to join their friendly team and support the Finance Director in their Nottingham Studio.
The successful Finance Administrator will have strong IT skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines, producing accurate ledgers, and supporting the Purchase Order and Bill payment process. Experience with accounting software and studies is advantaegous.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Finance Administrator:
- Ideally have experience in accounting software and studies
- Excellent IT skills with experience in MS Office and Xero
- Accurate in processing purchase & sales ledgers
- Reply to business queries
- Support bank reconciliations
- Act as contact for accounting related enquiries
- Support the Finance Director with preparing the monthly management accounts
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Work well independently and in a team
- Work towards tight deadlines in efficient manner
- Carry out CPD bookings and updating training records
- Ordering office supplies and other resources
- Attentiveness to detail
