Reed Finance is working with a growing sustainability business based in Avonmouth recruiting a Finance Manager to help galvanise the current team and support the business in producing and delivering it's 5-year plan for expansion.
Responsibilities include:
- Monthly management accounts with commentary and rolling monthly re-forecast.
- Weekly cashflow (quarterly rolling basis).
- Weekly KPI Pack.
- Assisting Group Head of Finance & COO with the business plan/budgets
- Assist with securing funding and statutory requirements.
- Managing an Accounts Assistant.
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Board pack preparation.
- WIP Calculations.
- Costings Management.
- Finance Business Partnering; attending management meetings and liaising closely with the management team.
- Main point of contact for group finance function & group chairman.
- Payroll and PAYE returns.
- Driving continuous improvement.
This role will suit a dynamic Finance Manager who isn't afraid to engage and challenge the key stakeholders in the business. There is great scope here for the new person to make the role their own and you will also be assisting the Group Head of Finance with projects such as a new system implementation. The role will offer rapid progression for the right individual, and you will have the opportunity to become a key person at an exciting turning point in the business.
