Our client is searching for a Client Lead Coordinator to join them.

The Role:
Based in Central London as a Client Lead Coordinator, you will report to the CEO and play a key integral part of the team by bridging the gap between sales and operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and execute all administrative tasks during the client journey on a timely manner
  • Own client correspondence including emails, sending out forms and follow ups
  • Accompany clients on the day of their assessment to ensure a smooth running of the day
  • Obtain and provide refreshments for clients
  • Liaise with the diagnostics and imaging provider as necessary
  • Provide summary updates to the management team promptly and efficiently
  • Send out invoices to clients and follow up on payments
  • Support the COO in managing corporate agreements from an administrative point
  • Accompany clients on the day of their assessment to ensure a seamless journey
  • Typing up of medical reports
  • Filing and uploading of records

About You:

  • Ability to alternate between various tasks
  • A generalist with a diverse skill set that can span across different disciplines
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Highly presentable and comfortable working with clients both over the phone and in person
  • An analytical thinker, highly meticulous and detail oriented
  • Able to handle pressure while maintaining composure
  • Familiar with email etiquette and able to communicate professionally with clients
  • Can communicate effectively on multiple levels within the company
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment
  • Passionate about health and wellbeing and the impact it has on people's lives
  • Able to absorb new information quickly to navigate the complexity within a healthcare environment
  • Ambitious, industrious and career oriented
  • Some knowledge of finance and invoicing
  • Some knowledge of data protection and GDPR
