Partner Manager - The role:

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Partner Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing new partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Acting as the primary liaison between the company and its partners, you will focus on building and maintaining strong, reliable relationships. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring the profitability of assigned partner accounts while expanding the portfolio of partnerships to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Partner Manager - Key Duties:

  • Successfully onboard at least 3 new Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners each month
  • Serve as the main commercial contact point for partners
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of signed partners, focussing on effective management and enhancing profits
  • Conduct regular partner meetings to foster loyalty, idenitfy opportunities and mitigate risk
  • Re-negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established frameworks to maximise value
  • Develop and execute Account Plans to identify upsell opportunities for both transactional and non-transactional services, including acquiring, alternative payment methods (APMs), security, fraud prevention, and multi-currency options
  • Proactively address changes for Partners or Accounts or associated contracts, or services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Salesforce
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports for assigned partners
  • Drive growth through the launch of new sales campaigns

Partner Manager - You:

  • Partner or Account Management background for technology-based products and services
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, cross selling and upselling
  • Experience of writing and maintaining Account Plans
  • Working knowledge of payment systems, Payment Service Providers, Gateway solutions, Acquiring banks and their processes
  • Team player, excellent inter-personal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations
