About You:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the packaging, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
- Strong network and knowledge of industries requiring high-volume bespoke transit packaging solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into effective sales proposals.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
