Finance Administrator

£36,000 + Pension + Parking
An experienced Finance Administrator is required to manage the accounts function for this small, unique, successful organisation. This is a standalone role offering real variety.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of the day to day bookkeeping and accounts function
- Raising client invoices and recording the details of payments received on the computer system
- Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and processing supplier cheque or BACs payments
- Managing the credit control function and chasing overdue client accounts by telephone and email
- Preparing cash book records, completing weekly bank reconciliations and identifying anomalies
- Producing accrual and prepayment schedules and posting month-end journals onto the system
