Location: Uxbridge - Hybrid
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global business based in the Uxbridge area. They are seeking a new member to join their Talent Team, assisting with all administrative duties related to recruitment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment administration support
- Assist with scheduling interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and interviewers
- Create, send, and retrieve offer letters from new hires in a timely manner
- Monitor pre-employment data, ensuring candidates complete necessary requirements
- Become an expert in the onboarding and HRIS systems
- Initiate the onboarding process and troubleshoot any questions throughout the process
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be fluent in French
- Previous recruitment experience is ideal but not essential
- Must have some previous administration experience
- Ideally looking to kick start a career in recruitment/HR
- Strong IT skills are essential
