TSR legal are working with a well-established Cardiff firm who are looking to expand a busy Residential Conveyancing department. The Legal 500 firm seeks a diligent Post Completion Assistant/Administrator to become an integral part of their team, ensuring the seamless progression of conveyancing transactions post-completion.
Embark on a role where your day-to-day responsibilities will include the meticulous submission of applications for property ownership alterations, the thorough review of completed registrations, and the precise confirmation of registration with all pertinent parties. Your role is crucial in liaising with the firm's conveyancing teams, managing an ongoing caseload, and reviewing title documents upon registration. Your expertise will be called upon to address Land Registry enquiries and to communicate effectively with a spectrum of third parties. Additionally, you will be preparing AP1 forms and crafting detailed letters to clients regarding registrations, all while upholding exceptional relationships.
The ideal candidate will bring to the table a background in conveyancing administration, preferably supporting fee earners, although this is not a strict requirement. A candidate with robust IT skills, including proficiency with case/customer management systems, will find themselves well-equipped for this role. The ability to manage a busy workload, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail, is essential. Superior client care and communication skills are paramount, as is the drive to exceed client expectations consistently.
