THE COMPANY

You will be an influential figure in the development of analytics and marketing campaigns in this high growth environment. Furthermore, with access to your own training budget and a supportive start up culture you are sure to develop in this fun remote 1st role!

THE ROLE

As the Lead Marketing Analyst, you will be aiming to understand consumer trends and behaviour providing insights that increase web traffic and ROI. More specifically you will have to:

  • Proactively analyse omnichannel data as well as website comparison data to understand the success of campaigns online
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and SQL to understand data from digital marketing channels such as PPC, paid search and paid social
  • Focus holistically across all channels including VCRM and the above, managing a team of 1 across marketing analytics
  • Build the marketing analytics strategy thinking about how to understand marketing effectiveness and build solutions that save money and boost profits through your channels!

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in SQL
  • An expert in using Google Analytics to break down data and build dashboards and reports
  • A background in digital marketing or marketing analytics, understanding the techniques used to track and manage web traffic as well as customer acquisition and lead generation
  • A great communicator and enjoy fast paced high growth environment
