Area to be covered: M4 Corridor (West London to Bristol, up to Birmingham)

Remuneration: £35,000neg + 4% of all sales uncapped commission + additional bonuses

The role of the Business Development Manager - Security Systems will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of high quality clock, bell, PA & lockdown systems
  • Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to the end users predominately in the education sector however others include commercial premises, logistics hubs, warehousing and railways
  • The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing key distribution partners & selling to contractors such as; fire, security and IT networking companies
  • Will be a player manager and expected to manage some key accounts / support with generating new business

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Security Systems with:

  • Must have construction sales experience in the construction industry
  • Ideally sold a technically related solution such as: electrical products / systems, access control, security systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, locking systems, video surveillance, timing systems, smoke alarms, lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, heating etc
  • Ideally some CAD & CRM software experience
  • Stable career track record and not a 'job hopper'
  • Results orientated, energetic, autonomous, enthusiastic
