About the Role:
Robert Half is delighted to be working with a top-tier client that is looking for a seasoned Head of Reporting to lead their financial reporting function during a crucial global transformation project. As they implement SAP S/4Hana, you'll play a key role in designing and building a best-in-class management reporting suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Board, FP&A, and finance teams to meet reporting needs.
- Develop and enhance SAP reporting tools for streamlined processes.
- Standardise and automate reporting across the Group.
- Maintain and evolve financial reports and systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and reporting in a large organisation.
- Leadership skills with experience managing a team (6 direct reports, expanding to 12).
- Proven success in large-scale projects or transformations.
