Strategic Partnerships Manager - New Homes

Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 1000 firms as business partners and circa 3000 advisors working alongside us and jointly amounting to some 12% of the mortgage market share in the UK. LSL's FS division also includes TMA, Direct Life and Linear Financial Solutions.

We are keen to recruit a Strategic Partnerships Manager (New Homes) in what is a new role within our growing business.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned New Homes professional to contribute to the success of our Financial Services Division.

The role will be based partly out of our HQ site on the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull or our offices in Chippenham, Wiltshire Office and partly from home (hybrid).

The role would entail the management of existing and new relationships with a panel of mortgage lenders and new homes partners and to further enhance the proposition to our broker partners and their customers.

The Partnership Manager would support the New Homes strategy, proposition, and growth across the LSL Financial Services division.

Overall Strategic Partnership Responsibilities

Have a broad and detailed understanding of the UK mortgage market regulatory landscape.

Work with existing and new lender partners to understand current and future proposition requirements and to ensure commercial opportunities are maximised.

Work with lender relationship managers to ensure early engagement of new propositions and secure commercial advantage for the network and our brokers.

Provide robust detail and information to support the due diligence of new lenders to panel and assessing ongoing delivery of services.

Effectively manage lender MI to identify trends and harness any opportunities presented.

Delivery of development opportunities and promotion of propositions directly to brokers through effective relationship management.

Manage marketing plans with lenders to ensure desired promotion and maximised income towards the marketing and sponsorship programme.

Lead and develop campaigns to take product to market, that reflect the current landscape, regulatory environment, and overall business objectives.

New Homes Focus Responsibilities

Co-ordinate strategic relationship management and oversight of housebuilders and housing association relationships.

Secure new housebuilder relationships where LSL Group currently has no Financial Services relationship.

Monitor the new homes market and competitor landscape, to improve the LSL New Homes proposition and maintain competitive edge.

Identifying opportunities for new technologies to enhance the attractiveness to housebuilders, to support more efficient operating models and lead generation opportunities.

Provide consultative support with lender proposition discussions ensuring 'best in class' New Homes products and criteria for our Appointed Representatives and Directly Authorised Club members.

Work in conjunction with the product desk team to deliver team expertise on the new homes market and provide exceptional support to brokers and strong provider launches.

Knowledge and Expertise

Understanding of New Homes market and mortgage advice processes.

Ideally has established contacts with housebuilders, housing associations and wider housing sector.

Excellent business development, networking, collaboration, relationship management and communication skills.

Able to work independently and results focused.

Substantial knowledge and experience of financial services distribution.

The ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders, at a variety of levels.

Experience of working in a diverse business environment.

Benefits and Monies

Salary of £45,000 - £60,000 DOE and negotiable

The car allowance payable with this role is included in the monies advertised.
