People2people are hiring a PA / Office Manager to join a design business based in central London. This award winning company are renowned for designing excellent spaces and are now excitingly hiring a PA / Office Manager to support the growth of the business.
Seeking an energetic and highly organised individual, this role will support mainly the Managing director as well as other senior members of staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the MD with booking travel, arranging their diary, taking meeting notes and monitoring their emails.
- Booking travel for staff members for corporate events
- Managing business expenses to report to the accountants
- Assisting on tender and fee proposals when required
- General administration duties for the company and office
- Answering the main company phone, recording any enquiries for new business
- Format company documents on an ad-hoc basis
- Assisting with the social media
- Assisting in recruitment needs when hiring
- Welcoming and onboarding new staff members
- Assist with organising team events like birthdays or company socials
About you
- A genuinely positive and enthusiastic person
- Confident communicator
- Previous proven experience as a PA and/or Office Manager
- Take a proactive approach to managing the MD diary, trying to think ahead to be prepared where possible
- Ideally you will have a love or appreciation for the design sector.
