HR Business Partner 9 month FTC
Salary: £45,000p.a
Macildowie are recruiting for a dynamic HR Business Partner to provide strategic, proactive, and flexible People support. As a key member of the senior management team, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing People plans that align with business objectives, driving performance, and enhancing the colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, developing People plans that support business growth and high performance.
- Deploy and interpret key People metrics to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance on People matters, ensuring all activities align with our values and enhance colleague engagement.
- Collaborate on projects to build a positive, values-based culture, delivering on our commitment to colleague growth and development.
- Lead and manage recruitment processes, onboarding, talent mapping, and succession planning.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all People-related policies, processes, and legislation.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, fostering a constructive and supportive work environment.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing across the business.

- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how People strategies contribute to overall business success.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Experience in managing change, driving engagement, and building high-performing teams.
- Passionate about promoting a positive colleague experience and inclusive culture.
