Day-to-day duties
- Maintain and develop the Residential Property Insurance portfolio for existing clients, including additional covers, and support Account Executives in preparing new client quotes.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend the most appropriate coverage options.
- Gather and organise documentation for renewal meetings and manage the renewal/placing process, addressing risks and negotiating terms as required.
- Provide prompt, high-quality customer service by addressing client queries and concerns efficiently.
Required skills
- 8+ years in an Account Handler role or similiar, within residential property insurance
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage and develop strong working relationships
- Acturis experience preferred, Excel and Microsoft Office are essential
