On a day to day basis you will:
- Engage with new and existing customers over the telephone to generate and retain business.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services.
- Thrive in a busy environment, converting leads, upselling, and working to targets.
- Handle a variety of customer needs, requiring bespoke insurance policies tailored to individual circumstances.
More about the role:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
- One in three Saturdays between 9 am - 1 pm (with time off in lieu)
- The role is hybrid to our office in Torquay, so potential candidates will need to be within a commutable distance
