Customer Experience Agent

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Engage with new and existing customers over the telephone to generate and retain business.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services.
  • Thrive in a busy environment, converting leads, upselling, and working to targets.
  • Handle a variety of customer needs, requiring bespoke insurance policies tailored to individual circumstances.

More about the role:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
  • One in three Saturdays between 9 am - 1 pm (with time off in lieu)
  • The role is hybrid to our office in Torquay, so potential candidates will need to be within a commutable distance

  • Enjoy working to and exceeding performance targets and closing sales.
  • Energetic with a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capable of understanding customer needs, demonstrating ownership, empathy, and resolution.
