Role Details:

  • Position: Recruitment Manager
  • Specialism: Business Support - Commercial roles
  • Location: Oxford - Botley OX2 0JJ (blended home and office working)
  • Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum with car allowance PLUS uncapped bonus

What You'll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Manage three Recruitment Consultants while running your own successful recruitment desk.
  • Drive Profitability: Ensure targets are met and performance remains high.
  • Expand Client Base: Grow and develop your client base to gain the greatest market share.
  • Set Standards: Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and set an example in candidate and client-facing activities.
  • Best Practices: Adhere to best practice guidelines, delivering exceptional service, creativity, and performance.
