Exceptional opportunuty for a seasoned sales / business development professional to take up this brand new role as 'Head of New Business Development' for PE backed Electrical services SME business with a remit of expanding their reach across the Food, Drinks and Pharma clients.
This role sits within the leadership team and will work closely with the board (MD, FD and Commercial Ops Director). The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have proven contacts in the relevant industry sectors (Food, Drinks, Pharma) ideally within the East or West Midlands.
Key responsibilties:
Develop a pipeline of new customers within Food, Drinks, Pharma withing the East/West Midlands
Oversee tender responses and quotations for new customers
Lead the negotation of new contracts for new customers
Lead and manage all marketing activity including working with third party providers
Lead the monthly sales meeting with the MD, FD and Ops Director
