Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm (flexibility required)
Role Type: Temp to perm

gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment business, currently working in partnership with the UK's leading cosmetics company Elemis. gap personnel are currently looking for a Quality Controller based in Avonmouth, Bristol,BS11 . As a Quality Controller you will be ensuring that all products are packed to the correct specification and to an acceptable quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the QA Manager on implementation of the quality systems
- Report on quality issues, product analysis, stock rotation / allocations.
- Carry out the quality control checks on finished goods received from suppliers prior to the packing process.
- Carry out QC procedure on the packing process
- Provide QA Manager with a daily quality report
- Ensure the Quality of the delivery complies with the vendors manuals specification and requirements
- Liaising with the Quality control team, packing team, warehouse team, and Logistics to ensure requirements are met prior to packing and dispatch.
- Issue and update Quality Control Procedures and Quality control documents/ records
The Candidate:
- Organisational skills, planning, numeracy skills, good problem solving, methodical approach
- Previous Quality Control experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent spoken, written and communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good standard on Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as be self-motivated and eager to learn
