Page Personnel are working alongside a very exciting company based in Conwy. They are seeking a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis to support the Accounts department during a very busy period. This role is for 4 weeks + you will be responsible for the Purchase ledger and other ad hoc duties within the finance department.

Description

As an Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating financial records
  • Handling purchase invoices with accuracy
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving any related queries
  • Assisting with monthly statement reconciliations
  • Providing support to the wider Accounting & Finance team
  • Processing payments in a timely manner
  • Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
  • Helping with ad hoc accounting tasks as required

Profile

A successful Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
